• Eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed
• Items must remain in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is faulty or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider
