1. Overview
KRU Athletica is committed to providing premium performance sportswear of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist in accordance with the terms set out below.
This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) of South Africa.
2. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
- The item is in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective:
- Sports bras
- Leggings
- Any item worn directly against the skin
Sale items and promotional purchases may also be non-returnable, unless otherwise stated.
4. Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the defect
- A brief description of the issue
If the item is found to be defective, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, or
- A store credit (at your discretion)
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product:
- The original item must meet our return conditions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method
- Within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary between banks
7. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- KRU Athletica is not responsible for lost return parcels
8. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
